Eclipse IDE의 기존의 프로젝트에 CodeIGniter를 이용하고 싶어서 systems, appilications , index.php 파일을 프로젝트 루트에 삽입 하고 index.php 파일을 실행 시킨결과

이런 메세지가 나오는데 어떻게 손을 대야할지 모르겠습니다. 정보가 부족하다 하셔서 아래 프로젝트 캡처 화면 첨부합니다.
현재 Eclipse + php + tomcat + Extjs+ aptana를 연동시켜 놓았습니다. 그리고 지금 CodeIgniter를 연동해야합니다.( 사장이 시켜서요 ) 제가 초보라서 이 IDE구성하는게 너무힘드네요
프 로젝트는 Dynamic web project로 생성했고요, Codeigniter를 이용해 보려고 일단 프로젝트에 CI의 Systems, applications, index.php를 포함 시켰습니다. 그렇게 해서 index.php를 실행시킨결과 위의 에러 메세지와 아래의메세지가 함께 뜨고 있습니다. 심지어 이런 에러를 겪는 사람이 없나 봅니다. 구글 야후를 뒤져도 잘 못찾겠네요 ㅠㅠ
